We Can End Property Taxes, and Keep Local Entities Funded

The Texas Comptroller’s 2025 Tax Exemptions and Tax Incidence report shows current sales tax exemptions total approximately $66.8 billion in foregone revenue.

Removing all exemptions and shifting the 8.25% rate to 2.7% for the state and 5.55% for local entities (cities, counties, schools, and special districts) generates enough revenue to completely replace property taxes.

The result: an average Texas household — whether owning or renting — saves a net $1,800 to $2,000 annually after accounting for the broader sales tax base.

Protecting Truth and Identity

I will stand for truth and accountability online: No one should hide behind anonymity to spread lies or steal identities. Let's enact laws that protect our neighbors from digital harm while preserving free speech

Ending online anonymity ensures justice—every user must be verifiable, allowing victims to seek remedies in court, including content removal, corrections, and apologies. Empower the people to correct the record.

Free speech is vital for a free civilization, but bearing false witness isn't—my legislation will empower citizens to sue entities spreading provable falsehoods, balancing rights with responsibility

Freedom of Business

The closest thing to a income tax we have in Texas is the franchise tax on businesses. The tax is an unnecessary burden on large and small businesses alike, and generate minimal revenue that does not enhance or improve the freedom to do business in Texas.

To keep Texas strong, and in concert with ending property taxes and implementing the flat, no exemption sales and us tax, we should end all taxes and fees related to filing as a business in the state of Texas, and instead, should use the business licensing process to collect data on Texas business and sell access to that data for the benefit of all companies in Texas.

I will author, promote, and support any legislation that:

  1. Appropriately ends all taxes on businesses directly,

  2. Encourage the collection of business data monthly from all businesses in the state of Texas,

  3. Establishes the means for Texans to seek capital through the public sale of ownership stake in a Texas Stock Market,

  4. Maneuver’s state funds for retirement plans and similar to the Texas owned business market from national markets in a manner consistent with the fiduciary responsibility of programs.

Family Freedom Funds

To strengthen Texas families and create a family environment that promotes generational wealth and establishes a solid future for all Texas families, I will author legislation that will establish Family Freedom Funds in the state of Texas, and that will disseminate to every family each year a share of the annual profit generated by the state government.

  1. Establish Family Freedom Funds for each family in the state of Texas, establishing family trees, and bringing families together in the process.

  2. Setting law that established in all cases of estate matters the Family Freedom Fund as the estate for all members of the family into which all property will be transferred to without the need of a court.

  3. Establishing courts for the specific purpose of managing conflict in families around these Family Freedom Funds and establishing a standard structure for accessing the funds.

  4. Setting the law which takes from the excess funds collected annually to be split between the state “rainy day fund” and distribution to these family funds in an equal quantity per Texas citizen in the family funds.

Texas Infrastructure Reinforcement

As America presses on with the AI revolution, Texas must become the number 1 state in the union for advancing the technologies that will come out of this new industrial age. To keep Texas strong, we must reinforce our existing infrastructure, and open up all our lands to energy production following a methodical, strategic, and systematic approach to increasing our energy production across the state.

I will author, promote, and support legislation that will:

  1. Require all data centers to generate their own power and tie into the grid to provide power back to every community within 5 years of it being built.

  2. Bring together energy generation companies and data center developers to coordinate power generation and data center support activities.

  3. Establishing a state level entity that will coordinate these endeavors to ensure a positive impact on the cost of living in Texas, especially in terms of electricity costs.

Freedom of Education

It is time to return the freedom of education to the people, so parents have authority and responsibility over their own children, and education can finally advance to keep Texas strong. I will author, promote, and vote in favor of any legislation that will

  • Increase school choice and freedom to choose your child’s education, improving SB2 to bring real school choice to students and families.

  • Remove the age restriction from the GED program, allowing students to get their high school equivalency as early as possible.

  • Give power and authority over school districts to the local communities.

  • End state governance of education.

Enforce the Law

We are seeing activist judges stall lawful and constitutional actions by various branches of government. We also see criminals being released without facing any punishment as defined in the law. These judges must be held accountable and we must end the abuse of the bench by their political biases.

n order to stop rogue judges, those who have failed to properly enforce the law, resulting in the severe injury or death of a citizen, should be held accountable through impeachment. I will vote in favor of any legislation that in a constitutional manner ends the political election of judges, giving appointment powers to a balance between the legislature and the executive.

In addition, I will vote in favor of law that mandates minimum sentences and fines, ending any power of a judge to implement partiality on the bench, and to hold everyone equally accountable under the law without discrimination based on demographics or circumstance.

No one is above the law. Everyone should be treated equally under the law. There are no special classes of citizens who get favor over others when facing punishment for the same crimes. Therefore our laws must reflect this motif to keep Texas strong.

Support Federal Law Enforcement

Across the nation we have witnessed actions being taken to obstruct justice by groups of activists working in close coordination under a distributed command structure and organization that provides training, direction, and control. These gangs are actively operating to impede the lawful enforcement of Federal laws, most prominently in matters of deportation orders.

There have been efforts by local government officials and even within police departments to render no aid or support to federal agents. Instead, these officials choose to support and even promote the unlawful behavior of these activist gangs. This has created a terrible environment of hostility and distrust. This must end.

I will author, promote, and vote for legislation that will make it mandatory for all Texas local governments as well as state and local law enforcement to support the lawful efforts of Federal agencies in enforcing Federal law in the state of Texas, and that will enforce punishment on municipalities and law enforcement departments that fail to comply and/or actively support the illegal activities of these activist gangs in Texas.

Protect Life

Life begins at conception. We are created in that moment as either male or female, regardless of any defect that may develop due to either natural or human causes. Babies in their mother’s womb have the same rights to life, liberty, and property as all other humans, and are worthy of having their lives protected. Therefore, I will vote in favor of all legislation that ends abortion in the state of Texas.

In addition, I will author, promote, and vote in favor of any legislation that improves existing laws to ensure clarity for healthcare providers and women in tragic circumstances that the law may not provide clear direction on, in order to protect the life of the mother and the child.

Also, I will support any legislation that makes certain that under every circumstance where good parents who are caring for their children properly do not have their children taken from them by CPS or other agencies purely by the whim and wish of those who do not have the child’s best interest at heart. To keep Texas strong, our laws must reinforce, strengthen, and promote the family, and that requires protecting life.

Religious Freedom in Schools

While the best guarantee of freedom in our education system is the removal of government control, we must take into consideration the reality that we may have to continue with government having control for a while longer. Given this reality, we must pursue legislation that will guarantee the freedom of religious life in schools.

I will work with our state’s attorney general and the legislature to take whatever action is necessary, whether through passing legislation or filing suits, to guarantee the freedom of religious observance in our schools.

It is wrong to prohibit students from using their time in school each day to learn about their family’s beliefs. To uphold the constitution, we must permit local religious educators to use classrooms space in schools and be paid teachers in schools, making classes available to students for learning and growing in their faith.

Faith is essential to a strong people, and to keep Texas strong, we must end this unconstitutional discrimination in the classroom, and bring back the bible and God to the classroom for those who believe, and those who feel the call to faith in Christ.

Protecting Children Online

The proliferation of pornography online in ways that permit children to be exposed to it involuntarily, by accident, or against their will has done tremendous harm to Texas children. As part of legislation to protect truth on the internet, I will author, promote, and support legislation that does the following:

  1. Sets that all internet service providers, web hosts, application, and website owners be held responsible for exposing minors to pornography.

  2. Requires these gate keepers of the internet to use whatever means necessary to prevent pornography from being made available on any website or web accessible service without verification of identity and age, most especially on social media platforms.

  3. How these entities achieve this is up to them, they are the technology experts. This can and should be done.
